COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
| | Puppy Playgroup for pups 10-18 weeks. | | During this critical time period Playgroups are a fun and necessary way to develop bite inhibition and to socialize your pup with other pups and with other people. In addition, we'll start on some everyday manners and obedience. You'll be amazed how quickly your young pup will learn! Start off on the right paw!! 4 weeks, $48. |
| | Basic Obedience and Manners 1 for all ages. | | Begin building a cooperative relationship with your dog and enjoy your canine companion for his full lifetime. Commands taught include - watch me, find it, sit, down, stand, come, up, off, leave it, have it, go to your mat, wait, stay, loose lead walking, attentive walking, targeting, clicker method, lure/reward method and much more! 6 weeks, $72. |
| | Basic Obedience and Manners 2 for all ages. | | Continue to build distance, duration and distractions to polish your BOM 1 commands and learn new ones. Field trips, games and rally-type field courses may be included. 6 weeks, $72. |
| | Out and About for all ages. | | Take a field trip with your dog and other Eager Pup students. We'll work on social skills in real life situations, walking manners, crossing the street, just watching squirrels, sitting to meet people, meeting other dogs, dining out, games and more. Locations in Gainesville, Keystone, Hawthorne, Melrose and other communities to be announced. Your suggestions for fun places are welcome! Each OA date is independent of the others. Sign up for each date individually. Fee is $15 per dog for an hour and a half outing. |
